The Fluke 572-2 infrared thermometer can stand up to tough industrial, electrical, and mechanical conditions and is an ideal instrument for the power utility, metal refining and smelting, glass, cement, petrochemical or many other demanding industries. In these difficult environments operators will benefit from the 60:1 distance to measuring spot ratio and the dual laser sight for accurately targeting temperatures between -30 and +900°C. The thermometer uses soft-keys and menus to make operation quick and simple such as starting data logging or setting alarm levels. When saving a temperature reading the instrument also records the emissivity, a time stamp and the thermocouple reading if present. Supplied with a K-type thermocouple bead probe, USB 2.0 computer interface cable, FlukeView® Forms documenting software, hard carrying case, getting started guide (print) and user's manual (CD).
