Q. I have a large number of motors and so ideally I would just like to buy approx. 10 of the gearbox kits without the motors. Is this possible? The motors have a 2mm drive shaft.

Q. Can the gear ratio be adjusted while the motor is running? e.g. without stopping its action? Also, when the ratio is 4:1, can we achieve for example 500 RPM?
A. Hi John, thank you for your question. The gear ration cannot be adjusted whilst in motion, to get around 500rpm you need a 16:1 ration at around 1.7V please see the data sheet for more information.

Q. Please can you give me the overall size of this motor.This motor is to fit inside a 1:76 /OO scale windmill the base is 88mm tapering to 50 mm and the gearing ratios would be good for the speed I require. Many Thanks Mr K R Harris
A. Hi Mr Harris. Thank you for your question. The overall dimensions of the motor are as follows:
Overall height: 38mm; body height: 25 mm x 20mm width.

this motor has been very handy and efficient for use in a group project which needs to and the gears and the ratios are really handy too
