Proxxon 20165 Mill Drill System BFW 40/E

The Proxxon Mill Drill System BFW 40/E offers virtually vibration-free operation and extremely high spindle accuracy, thanks to its triple ball bearing armature which provides direct drive with controller for speeds of 900 to 6,000rpm.

Aluminium die-cast head with spindle neck of 43mm (European standard). Remainder of casing is fibreglass reinforced nylon. Large, easy to use switch with emergency function. Chart indicates optimum speeds for milling and drilling of various materials.

The motor operates at 40V, supplied from the power pack/controller. At this level, the control characteristicsare ideal and yield high torque, even at lower speeds.
