Adafruit 1895 FRAM Breakout I2C Non- Volatile 256Kbit / 32KByte

The Adafruit I2C Non-Volatile 256Kbit / 32KByte FRAM breakout gives your next project fast, persistent storage using cool new ferroelectric RAM technology. It's low-power, has a fast write speed, and each location can be written to 10 trillion times. Once written, data will be kept safe for 95 years at room temperature, though there may not be Arduinos then. The I2C interface runs at 1MHz and the board is happy with 3 to 5V power and logic.

Supplied as a fully assembled board plus a 1 x 8-pin 0.1in. pitch male header strip for you to solder in as required.
