This general purpose silicone lubricant spray from Ambersil is ideal for plastic-to-plastic lubrication and as a highly effective friction inhibitor on chutes and slides. It can be used on tight plastic pipe fittings, or as a cutting aid on paper/textile blades.

Q. Is this Silicone lubricant suitable for sliding shower doors? If not, can you suggest a good product please?
A. Hi Brian, thank you for your question. We see no reason this would not be suitable for this application. Other PTFE is also worth considering for this type of application like 87-0690.

This silicone is really good quality and doesn't mark fabrics etc can be used for all sorts of lubrication without leaving any mess.
