Analog Devices AD592AN -25°C to +125°C T0-92 Temperature Sensor

This sensor is a two terminal monolithic IC temperature transducer that outputs a current that is proportional to absolute temperature. The device has a design that achieves absolute accuracy levels and nonlinearity errors and the extended temperature range allows the sensor to work where conventional temperature sensors are traditionally used.

Typical applications include appliance temperature sensing, automotive temperature measurement and control, HVAC system monitoring, industrial temperature control, thermocouple cold junction compensation, board-level electronics temperature diagnostics, temperature readout options in instrumentation, temperature correction circuitry, etc.
