Serious. Rapid know what you want and they'll get it to you before you've even de-tangled yourself from the soldering iron. We've found Rapid to be the gold standard for suppliers. I've worked in procurement of electronic components and related hardware for a long time, long before I decided to start a guitar pedal company, and I've never had a supplier say to me, "eh Marc, what do you think we should get in?"
