BB-BONE-000 BeagleBone Development Board Cortex A8

BeagleBone is a low-cost, open source, high expansion development board that features an ARM Cortex-A8 processor that can run at 720MHz and has 256MB of RAM. The device has been designed to address the open source community, early adopters and anyone interested in development work based around a ARM Cortex-A8 processor.

The BeagleBone is a barebones device that has a minimum set of features consistent with enabling the user to experience the power of the processor. The board is similar to earlier versions of BeagleBoards and can act as a USB or ethernet-connected expansion device for current BeagleBoards and BeagleBoard-xM or work stand-alone. It is not intended as a full development platform as some of the features and interfaces supplied by the processor are not accessible from the BeagleBone via onboard support of some interfaces.
