C R Clarke Triform 180 Hot Wire Cutter & Sculptor and Accessories

<P>The Triform 180 from C R Clarke is a 3-in-1 machine that cuts and sculpts expanded thermoplastic material as well as bending thermoplastic sheet up to 6mm thick.</P><P>Separate heating wires are used for line bending and sculpting, optimising performance in both modes. A toroidal transformer provides safe low voltage power to the heating wires.</P><P>The local line bending feature uses a guarded hot wire for safety. A calibrated work table provides easy setting of the bend position.</P><P>In hot wire sculpting mode the operator can tilt the wire bow to cut at 90&deg;, 67.5&deg;, 60&deg; and 45&deg;. A pneumatic foot switch energises the hot wire or sculptor tool only while cutting. This results in safer operation and reduces fume emissions during cutting to a minimum.</P>
