This curved ramp delivers a ball for collision with constant energy, allowing comparisons to be made using differing targets.

The apparatus includes: two 12.7mm (½in.) steel balls, one 12.7mm (½in.) glass ball and one 25.4mm (1in.) wooden plumb bob.
