Comus MVS0608.02 Sensolute Micro Vibration Sensor

This sensor is used to detect very slight movements and vibrations using a 0.8mm micro sphere. The sphere bridges two contacts, reducing the resistance between the two contacts. The design of this sensor makes it ideal for use in converting systems to more environmentally friendly devices by utilising wake-up and power-down logic to reduce power consumption.

Typical uses for this device include: front and rear bicycle lights, bike computers, remote controls, electronic lock systems, transponders, mobile GPS systems, bluetooth-car-kits, wireless sensor networks, wireless PC mice and headsets, digital multimeters and tools provided with digital displays that are only switched on when in motion.
