This high resolution digital microscope works at infrared wavelengths, making it suitable for applications such as security, law enforcement, military, traffic management, railways, etc. The 1.3 megapixel sensors output a 1280 x 1024 pixel image and the adjustable magnification is 10 to 70x + 200x. Ouput, via the USB interface, can be in the form of still images, video or time lapsed video.

This microscope has 8x infrared LEDs operating at a wavelength of 940nm, where the light output is completely invisible. The instrument is versatile and very easy to use and a set of software, compatible with Windows or Mac OS, is provided that gives the ability to save images and videos, make time lapse recordings and perform calibrated measurements.
