The FUZE powered by Raspberry Pi is a programmable computer and electronics workstation designed to introduce and develop text based computer programming skills and aid the teaching of programming across all stages of the new schools curriculum.
By combining a Raspberry Pi with the FUZE system, programming and electronics are introduced in an engaging, motivational and best of all, fun package.
The casing is made from sheet aluminium making it extremely robust and secure. It houses the keyboard and shields the Raspberry Pi protecting it from electronic shorting, static and physical damage.
The FUZE IO board greatly simplifies the Raspberry Pi GPIO connector (General Purpose Input Output) by separating, and clearly labelling the most common functions (Voltage, Ground, Digital IO and PWM) but goes much further with the addition of four analogue input ports and one output. Finally the Raspberry Pi GPIO socket is also retained so compatibility with the many popular breakout boards is assured.
The FUZE project cards and other resources can be downloaded from www.fuze.co.uk/resources-2/
