Heated Bubble Etch Tank Unit Range, Single and Three Tank Models

A range of Bubble Etch tanks designed to be used in laboratory and small batch production for producing printed circuit boards, as well as for etching metal foils used in model making.
The Tank of the devices is manufactured from acrylic glass, so that the etching process can be easily observed.

During the etching process, tiny air bubbles will be fed into the etching fluid. This is achieved by a diaphragm pump and aeration frame with air curtain tube in the bottom of the device. The etching tanks include adjustable glass heaters for heating the etching solution up to 45°C and a thermometer to monitor the temperature.
The bubble Etch tanks each include an adjustable PCB-holder for supporting the printed circuit boards during etching.
