The Martindale VT12/PD kit includes a VT12 voltage tester and a PD690 proving device which enables the user to comply with health and safety recommendations for safe working by proving the functionality of the voltage tester before and after use.
The VT12 is a two-pole voltage tester which complies with BS EN61243-3:2010 and provides clear indication of AC and DC voltages from 12 to 690V. It is durable enough for both domestic and industrial use and is supplied with removable probe caps for GS38 compliance.
The PD690 proving device provides a 700V output to fully prove that the VT12 is working correctly and also features a low battery indicator safety feature to alert the user that the batteries require replacement.
Both products are housed in a handy soft carry case with a padded shoulder strap for easy transportation. Two apertures in the front cover of the case allow the PD690 to be used for proving while still housed in the case.
