Q. Does this transformer have a range of speed starting at zero rpm upwards? Cheers Phil
A. Hi Phil. Thank you for your question. The speed is controlled by varying the voltage to the tool. The minimum output is 3v which is fairly slow on a 12v drill. The unit does not go down to zero.
