This standalone development kit enables the evaluation and development of applications and accessories for the Google Android operating system, for use on smartphones and tablets. The kit is based around a PIC24F 16-bit microcontroller with USB On-The-Go. The development board also features a Type A USB connector, user interface buttons, LEDs and potentiometer, circuitry for up to 500mA charging, Arduino footprint for prototyping. Also included in the kit are a PICkit 3 In-Circuit Debugger, a RJ-11 to ICSP Adaptor, a 9V power supply, and royalty free, no fee licensed software library.
