Yesterday, we had the immense pleasure of welcoming Ralf Buehler, CEO of Conrad Electronic Group, back to Rapid HQ. Ralf has been leading the strategy behind Conrad since 2019, driving innovation and growth across the group. His visit was not only inspiring but also a glimpse into the future he envisions for Conrad's family, and for the industry at large.
Ralf shared his strategic insights and plans for 2025, outlining a bold vision for the future. When asked about the role of artificial intelligence and its impact on the industry, Ralf made his stance clear – while he acknowledges the importance of technology, he firmly believes that humans remain at the heart of everything. It was a refreshing perspective, hearing that human ingenuity and collaboration will always take precedence in his strategy.
