Olimex AVR-MT128 Atmel AVR Dev Kit for ATmega128

The Olimex AVR-MT128 is a slim development board for the 16MHz ATMega128-16AI with128KB program flash, 4KB data EEPROM and 4KB RAM. Programming is accomplished either via the JTAG connector using an AVR-JTAG or via 10-pin ICSP STKXXX compatible connector with an AVR-PG1B or AVR-PG2B. There is an on-board 16 x 2 LCD and five buttons for user interacton. RS232 is supported with both a female DB9 connector and a 4-pin connector which operate at TTL levels. Unusually the board has a 2-pin connector for a Dallas touch button and a 10A 250V AC RELAY with screw terminals.
