The Peak PCA23 Test Adaptor makes it easy to test SOT23 surface-mount components with your Peak tester or multimeter. The test adaptor is designed to complement your DCA55 or DCA75, or any other semiconductor tester.
It is extremely easy to use thanks to the special spring-loaded socket assembly that holds an SOT23 part gently and securely against gold-plated sprung contacts with carefully controlled contact force. The adaptor is designed to look like a giant SOT23 part, so it is easy to visualise the pinout of the part inside when using a tester.
The unit is supported on 4 non-slip feet which also serve to keep the unit slightly raised from your work surface, allowing for easier connections using micro-hooks or crocodile clips. The large gold-plated pads are also great for multimeter probes.
