Piggyaxe IR/ADC 8 Channel Power Driver Kit

A kit of parts to build an 8-channel lighting controller add-on board for use with the PiggyAxe 14M2 motherboard kit, 70-1063.

If 4 channels of lighting control is not enough for you, then here are 8 channels: 4 with hardware Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) so they can be independently and fully controlled without tying up the Picaxe. The on-board 5 volt regulator also takes care of the power supply for the 14M2 on the motherboard. With 8 channels to choose from, two digital inputs and an analogue input, pretty much anything involving lots of LEDs, be they 3 watt Star power LEDs or 12 volt tape LEDs, can be controlled.

The kit of parts contains all the components to make either an infra-red (IR) or analogue to digital (ADC) controller.
