The is easy-to-use professional thermal imaging camera from Testo has extra functionality over the 875-1i camera including humidity and solar functions that make this an ideal camera for engineers needing a device for building surveys and investigating solar PV arrays.
The 875-2i has a detector resolution of 160 x 120 pixels, plus SuperResolution technology for enhanced image quality to 320 x 240 pixels and a thermal sensitivity of 50mK making even the smallest of temperature differences visible. The 32° wide-angle lens with manual focus provides a wide field of vision and allows focus down to 10cm from the subject, giving an excellent overall view of the temperature distribution of the measuring object.
Automatic hot and cold spot trackers show critical temperature situations directly and the on-board isotherm function allows operators to descriminate certain temperature conditions via a selectable "alarm" colour.
The 875-2i also features voice recording with images for note purposes via the supplied headset. The onboard 3.1 megapixel digital camera provides real images parallel to thermal images, making it easier to allocate thermal images for logging purposes or as a means of proof. The images can be also saved directly as JPEG image files.
