This Texas Instruments CD4093B quad 2 input NAND Schmidt trigger gate IC is available in a DIL-14 package. A part of the CMOS 4000 range. The 4093 consists of 4 Schmitt trigger circuits, each one functions as a 2 input NAND Gate with Schmitt trigger action on both inputs.
Now becoming hard to find the 0.1" pich version of the 4000 range these are still quite a cost effective replacement for older systems of just ham radio.
