The system allows rapid exchange of the blades without any special tools.</P><P>The blades are individually tested in a water bath at 10,000 volts to ensure safe working at the <STRONG>permitted voltage of 1,000 volts</STRONG> as per <STRONG>IEC 60900</STRONG>.</P>
