Zip Switch Miniature Wafer Switch 4 x 3

An old fashioned open wafer 4pole/3throw rotary switch. Open means you can apply switch cleaner when necessary. The design also means no worries about soldering heat. This is a far superior switch than the usual plastic bodied types you often find and I'd wish for a larger range of this kind. Price is excellent. The shaft is ridiculously long for direct panel mounting, probably to suit the old fashioned way of having a chassis behind a cosmetic fascia. Obviously it can be cut down. That's why I docked a star in the rating, since I can't imagine many situations that would need this length shaft. Mine is destined to be a guitar pickup selector.
