<P>The Labfacility L60+ <STRONG>Thermocouple Welder </STRONG>is a compact, simple-to-use instrument for welding thermocouples and other fine wires.</P><P>The L60+ is primarily designed for producing <STRONG>commercial-grade thermocouple junctions </STRONG>and is ideal for economic production of large numbers of <STRONG>exposed-junction thermocouples </STRONG>for <STRONG>test and development laboratories</STRONG>. It is also ideally suited to attaching transducer and RTD extension leads.</P><P>The Thermocouple Welder does not need specialised skills and most people are capable of producing quality work with only a little practice. The instrument is supplied with a full range of accessories including a footswitch, which leaves the hands free for accurately manipulating wires. The L60+ is suitable for use with wires of up to 1.1mm diameter and the energy output can be varied up to 60 Joules.
