Loctite SF 7900 Ceramic Shield is a ceramic dry-film protective coating for MIG/MAG welding processes. It protects contact tips and welding nozzles by preventing adhesion of welding spatter.

This results in significantly longer processing sessions without the necessity of cleaning of the welding equipment, resulting in a reduction of downtime. Loctite SF 7900's ceramic shield repellent film also protects against adhering spatter on jigs, fixtures or fittings, power cables, sensors, metal components and the jaws of spot welding systems.

01 August 2016 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 63-1075
Q. how many liter/gallon of Ceramishield to be use in 4943.50 square meter
A. Hi Bernard, thank you for your question. This will depend on the thickness of coating you require. With a spray its always difficult to get a uniform thickness. Unfortunately the typical coverage is not specified.
