Pull Cord Light Switch

The product was an replacement for a wall light purchased 35 years ago. However the Website did not make it clear that the switch, securing ring and the cord toggle were all separate items. The company were very good at responding to my omission and despatched the securing ring after a brief phone call. They clearly have customer focus at the forefront of their business. Many thanks
