A. Hi Jamie. Thank you for your question. This switch is rated at 3 amps at 250V so as long as the bulb(s) total in watts is less than approximately 650W then this switch is suitable.

These switches do what they say. The only thing is to be careful about the hole you drill to stop the switch from rotating - the tab bit only goes into the bottom part of the hole, so it will be very visible. Otherwise this is fine.
