The Tektronix DMM4040 is a Digital Multimeter that has been designed for bench, field service, and system applications.
This meter has a unique dual display, enabling you to measure two different parameters of the same signal from one test connection. To reveal signal quality issues like drift, intermittent transients, and stability, you can view the data as a real-time trend plot or a histogram with the graphical display mode, or you can use measurement statistics to track how signal parameters are changing over time.
Typical multimeter measurements of volts, ohms, and amps, are made with a basic VDC accuracy of up to 0.0024%, and a resolution of 100pA and 10µΩ, ensures you have the performance you need for today's demanding designs. You can also use the DMM4040 for frequency and period measurements, and perform continuity and diode tests.
