This cable is very well constructed and manufactured this is mainly due to it being manufactured to the Defence Standard, which is stringently monitored to ensure correct standards and reproducibility.
Easy to work with the outer PVC sheath is easily removed exposing three wires wrapped in a thin transparent sheath which again is easy to remove. Once exposed the wires are easy to strip using wire stripping tool care should be taken to use the correct size of stripper for the wires.
Once exposed the conductors accept solder for tinning very well and the solder flows well along the conductor avoiding insulation damage.
This is a very flexible cable easily prepared for soldering, crimping or wiring to terminals all in all a useful and versatile cable.
Great quality cable

Bought this cable to run 1 wire bus temperature sensors down a borehole at 200m feeding back to a Raspberry Pi.
Cable seems good and robust, easy to solder and runs the bus at 200m no problem.
