The Werma Signaltechnik 885.300.78 is a Rotating Mirror Beacon that is probably considered the traditional type of warning beacon. As the mirror revolves around the lamp, an intense beam of light is projected. This then provides a warning signal, capable of cutting through smoke and dust laden atmospheres and can command attention even when someone is standing with their back to the beacon.
This highly visible beacon has been designed to be durable in harsh industrial environments. The rotating mirror assembly and balanced motor assembly allow the beacon to be mounted on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
The beacon is extremely quiet and can be mounted and connected without removing the mechanism assembly.
