Tektronix TBS1154 Digital Oscilloscope 150MHz

The TBS1154 digital storage oscilloscope is a 4-channel unit that has a bandwidth of 150MHz and sample rate of 1GS/s. The oscilloscope is packed with standard features and built-in tools, such as USB connectivity, 16x automated measurements, limit testing, data logging and context sensitive help.

The user interface is simple to use and features a 5.7in active TFT colour display that gives a clear view of signals and critical on-screen data. The TBS1154 is supplied with TPP0201 10x 200MHz passive probes.
