High luminous intensity (28000 mcd) for use in a wide range of indication and illumination applications requiring a high output
Manufactured using the latest technologies for long life, energy efficiency and high reliability
I am making a 5-inch gauge model of the first British main line electric passenger locomotive (North Eastern Railway No 13, 1922). The LEDs are just the right size within the headlamps (4 either end of the loco) but to make them look more realistic I have filed the ends down by 2mm to a rounded end and they look just like incandescent bulbs with their warm white colour and diffuse light.
