What is our kitting service?

Rapid’s kitting service provides you with everything you need for a particular course or project in a kit on dates that suit your schedule.

Customised kits for specific courses

You can specify the electronic components, arts and crafts materials, tools, test equipment, fasteners and fixings, or any parts you need for a particular course.

Customisation, packaging, and labelling of your kits are flexible to individual needs. If a brand, size, or product type is unavailable we will provide the closest match on quality and price at your confirmation. Rapid may also be able to source a product for you even if it is not on our website, as our product availability is extensive with our access to over 500k SKUs in our extended range.

Kits for regular projects and enrolment packs

We can pack in the quantities required for each student for regular projects or enrolments. We will save you valuable time so you do not have to sort through and make up your bags.

How it works

1. Fill out our form

   Provide us your contact details, along with any details about the kit you'd like to build.

2. We will contact you

   You will receive an initial email requesting your course and requirements. We will then agree on your packaging, labelling, and customisation. Then, we will get confirmation of timelines and shipping arrangements ready for your service to begin.

3. We will provide you a quote for your kit

   We will scope and work out the components and kitting costs. We will ensure that we offer the best value to you.

4. Your kit will then be built and available under one order code specific to you

   We will send you a sample kit for approval to guarantee you are satisfied with the service. Once approved, the rest will be built and ready for despatch.
