The Testo 0563 2700 Cooking Oil Tester Kit (Temperature Thermometer) measures the end of life %TPM (Total Polar Materials) indicator of cooking oil. The Testo 270 probe is based on the Testo patented temperature compensating capacitive sensor, giving unparalleled accuracy of the state of oil readings.
The 270 probe's electronics are protected from the cooking environment by the dishwasher washable TopSafe jacket. The back-to-back readings from multiple fryers can be recorded without the need of the probe's cool down in a fast and efficient manner. The frying process preset %TPM value is used to maintain a consistent flavour quality and eliminates premature oil replacement saving on average 20% of annual oil costs.
