A low voltage Antex XS 25W soldering iron for use with a low voltage power supply or mains transformer.
- 24V soldering iron with silicone cable and miniature low voltage plug
- An inner ceramic shaft provides near perfect insulation and virtually no leakage (less than 2mA)
- An outer shaft of stainless steel provides strength
- Bits are held on the element shaft by an internal spring clip and simply slide on or off for changing
- Available with the option of a heat-proof silicone cable ideally suited to educational environments
- Supplied complete with 3mm bit, 1.5m of cable and full instructions
- Slide-on hanging hooks for the irons are available separately

Q. Is this Antex iron (85-0563) suitable for the latest lead free solders eg 85-1168
What PSU for the iron can you recommend for school use ie must be competively priced!
