Q. Can I buy an adapter to convert a PP 9 battery to be replaced by 6 C cell s?

A. Hi Nigel. Thank you for your question. You could use the following codes as an option: 18-0100 or 2 x 18-0151. Alternatively any combination of the D Cell holders.

I repair and rebuild vintage HAcker transistor radios which use two of these batteries. The rapid price allows me to include them when I sell the radios on. If I bought the batteries locally they are more than twice the price so I couldn't include them and maintain sensible prices. As ever Rapid live up to the name and price promise. Will use again and again!!
