Q. miniature abs boxes some say flanged some say flanged lid is there a difference please?
A. Hi Graham. Thank you for your question. Flanged will mean that the mounting flange is part of the main box so may be fixed in place before the lid is fitted, a flanged lid – the lid is the larger part – so must be fitted to the main box before fitting to a wall or surface.
In other word – the mounting flanges are at the top or the bottom of the box.
