KickStart simplifies what you need to know about the instrument so that in just minutes you can take the instrument out of the box and get real data on your device. By plotting data immediately and offering quick statistical summaries of the data in the reading table, KickStart allows you to gather insights faster and make the decisions you need to move on to the next stage of device development. KickStart enables you to focus your time on interpreting the test results so that your team can meet its innovation goals.
In addition to Keithley Digital Multimeters (DMMs), KickStart can be used with data acquisition instruments, arbitrary function generators (AFGs), power supplies and source measure units (SMUs). KickStart can also be used as oscilloscope software to control Tektronix bench oscilloscopes.
The Keithley KickStart Digital Multimeter (DMM) App enables you to:
- Run independent or simultaneous tests that log measurements from one or more DMMs.
- Get a quick summary of data using statistics built into the data table.

Licensing Information:
Perpetual Licenses
The software can be used indefinitely, and maintenance is included for the first 12 months. Maintenance can be extended by purchasing a maintenance license. If maintenance expires all features will be frozen to the last released version before expiration. The software will continue to work, but updates will require active maintenance.
Maintenance for Software
Maintenance for software offers continuous delivery of software updates when purchased with perpetual licenses or subscription licenses. Perpetual licenses include maintenance for the first year but will require a new maintenance license to continue to receive updates after the first year. If you have a subscription license, maintenance is active during the period of the subscription license only.
