Reviewed by: David Robertson - Wednesday, January 13, 2021These are a drop-in replacement for hammond 1591A boxes. Despite being considerably cheaper than the Hammond ones, they appear to be noticeably better quality in side-by-side comparison.
Another thing that I like is that there is no embossed text on the inside, which means you can put a display inside for viewing through the bottom of the box without it being obstructed. With the hammond version, you would have to position the display so that it is read through the lid, due to text on the bottom.
It would be nice if there was a version of this box in other sizes.
