The Rigol MSO 1000Z is an Upgrade Kit for the DS1000Z Plus Series. This standard logic probe upgrades a DS1000Z Plus or DS1000Z-S Plus to an equivalent MSO. The upgrade kit includes front panel labels with MSO model number.

Please Note: The upgrade only works with the Plus models or as a replacement part for the MSO1000Z models.
