This three-terminal single output -8V fixed negative voltage regulator can deliver 1A of regulated output current. Although designed primarily as a fixed voltage regulator, this devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents. Minimum output current required greater than -5mA TO -1mA
