Wacker Heat Conductive Paste provides optimum heat dissipation from electronic and electrical components, allowing excess heat to be passed efficiently to heatsinks and chassis, etc. It is also suitable as a contact medium for thermal sensors.

Q. How quickly does it dry/solidify?
A. Hi Steve. Thank you for your question. This paste is designed to not dry or go hard as this would impair the thermal conductive of the paste.
