To connect an Arduino to a SCServo digital servo requires a TTLinker comtrol board. The TTLinker is a signal conversion board. Arduino needs to convert its UART signals to the half duplex type and through TTLinker connect to SCServo. The TTLinker also has more interfaces to make provision for more sensors.
When an Arduino is being used to control the SCServo an Arduino library is required, which can be downloaded here.
