<p><strong>R-TECH </strong><strong>SAC305 Solder 2% LO HF</strong> is a high purity, lead-free and halide-free, no clean solder wire. <br>The solder has a low melting point with a fast flow (2%) Rosin flux core.<br>The silver content in SAC305 solder results in a superior alloy, with improved solder flow and reliable joint finish. <br>It provides a cost effective alternative to conventional lead solder that is both user and environmentally friendly.</p><p>Suitable for both hand and automated soldering applications for IPC-6011 Class 2 and Class 3 electronic products.</p>
  • Available in 26SWG, 22SWG, 20SWG and 18SWG (0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1mm and 1.2mm) diameter
  • Solder Composition: 96.5% tin, 3% silver, 0.5% copper
  • Melting temperature: 217-220°C
