Texas Instruments CD4007UBE Dual Complementary Inverter DIP14

This Texas Instruments HCF4002B dual complimentary pair IC is available in a DIL-14 package. A part of the CMOS 4000 range. The IC contains three N-Channel and three P-Channel enhancement type MOS transistors. The transistor's access points are available at the IC pins enabling a number of functional arrangements, such as OR, NOR and NAND gates to be realised. More complex arrangements are possible with multiple packages. Applications include extremely high input impedance amplifiers, shapers, inverters, threshold detectors, linear amplifiers and crystal oscillators.
