Q. Hi can you please tell me if the chip has the boot loader software
A. Hi Michael, thank you for your question. This unit does not have a bootloader installed and would require a programmer to run the unit. A bootloader could be installed.

High quality DIY Arduino

The board is easy to build. All SMD components are pre-soldered. The building instructions are very good. When the board is ready it works like almost any real Arduino Uno. No programmer needed.
