A. Hi Nick, thank you for your question. We would not recommend thinning this adhesive as this would affect the bond strength. However it may work or may destroy the bonding ability altogether.

A. Hi David, thank you for your question. This would deal with the adhesive residue. You would need to remove the anti-slip material first with a scraper or similar then use this to clean up the adhesive left behind.

A. Hi Karen, thank you for your question. It depends on the type of adhesive but we see no reason why not. You may find a spray easier to use such as 51-6257.

A. Hi Graham, thank you for your question. This is an Acetone based solvent adhesive remover and as such will more than likely damage the paintwork. However you could try on an inconspicuous area of paintwork first for suitability.

A. Hi Andrea, thank you for your question. This is an industrial adhesive cleaner using amongst other chemicals Acetone which will also remove most paints and degrade vinyls which could cause an issues being used on such delicate materials.

A. Hi Steven, thank you for your question. Yes this should work. Ensure the tiles are removed using a scraper first as it may react with the vinyl. Please look at the following exceptions: not suitable for use on polystyrene, cellulose paint, vinyl and rayon fabrics.

A. Hi David, thank you for your question. This Evo Stik Adhesive Cleaner will clean most solvent adhesives as long as the UHU is solvent based we see no problem, although no guarantee what effect it will have on the wood afterwards.
