Reviewed by: Mr David Wilkinson - Wednesday, March 30, 2016I use them when we haven't the right size width or length DIL/DIP socket. They are also more hardwearing than the cheap commercial IC carriers so if you plan to remove and insert on a regular basis then these are a better solution.
